29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met. a) Parker Tire Services 5100 U.S. 20A Delta, OH 43515, On or about May 5, 2017 the employer did not develop a written hazard communication program for employees exposed to hazardous chemicals such as but not limited to, Mineral Spirits NE which contained stoddard solvent and benzene. Mineral Spirits NE was listed as flammable, cancer causing and a skin irritant. The employer Parker Tire Services was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1), which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1151039 citation number 1, item number 1a and was affirmed as a final order on October 12, 2016 with respect to a workplace located at 5100 U.S. 20A Delta, OH 43515.

Employees were exposed to hazardous chemicals such as but not limited to, Mineral Spirits NE which contained, stoddard solvent and benzene. Employees were unaware that mineral Spirits NE, was listed as flammable, cancer causing and a skin irritant.
