29 CFR 1926.701(b): All protruding reinforcing steel, onto and/or into which employees could fall or come against, was not guarded to eliminate the hazard of impalement: On or about 5/3/2017, at Deck level #36 of the above addressed worksite, an employee was exposed to an impalement hazard while setting a deck over an elevator landing which had unguarded rebars on both sides.
