29 CFR 1926.501(b)(4)(ii): Each employee on a walking/working surface was not protected from tripping in or stepping into or through holes (including skylights) by covers: 1) 3707 North Commerce Drive, East Point, GA: On or about May 4, 2017, employees were exposed to fall hazards while working from a JLG scissor lift to install couplet pipes on the ceiling of a newly construction commercial building, in that there were floor holes that were not covered or labeled.
