29 CFR 1910.179(j)(2): The following items were not being inspected for defects at intervals as defined in paragraph (j)(1)(ii) of this section or as specifically indicated, including observation during operation for any defects which might appear between regular inspections: (a) 701 E. Front Street, Wilmington DE - On or about July 14, 2017, the employer failed to perform frequent inspections of the 5-Ton Sheppard Niles Bridge Crane to identify defects as outlined ins paragraphs (j)(2)(i) through (j)(2)(iv) of this section.
