29 CFR 1910.178(n)(1): The employer did not ensure that operators kept the Powered Industrial Truck under control at all times. On or about May 4, 2017, near the cold deli coolers; the operator of RC Crown forklift (Model #RC5520-30/Serial #1A3611972) failed to maintain control of the forklift and crashed into the post railing of the deli cooler. This condition exposed employees to struck-by hazards.
