29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(i): The employer's training program did not include observation methods to detect the release of hazardous chemicals along with the installation of continuous monitoring devices at the work place:  a. First Floor - On or about May 3, 2017, employees were required to prepare and assemble food products within the company where an oxygen gas level monitoring system ( OLDHAM MX 43 SIL-1) was installed and the employer had not provided details on the system's recognizables outputs. Employees were potentially exposed to confusion and missunderstanding of gas monitoring devices at the workplace.     1. First Floor/Poultry Dressing Room - the remote module with gas monitoring sensor # 7504yu007 showed oxygen level below 19.5 % and supervisors directed employees working at the lines to the cafeteria room.  2. First Floor/Security Office's MX 43 Data Analoger - its alarm system was audible, the location of a problem within production area was recognized, small lights were visible at the front of the panel, and no follow up procedures were indicated.
