29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m)  or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502:    (a) On or about 4/27/2017 - at 131 Bayard Place, Lot #16 Westhaven Estates, Madison, AL, employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 19.5 feet above ground level while manually lifting a truss from a top plate edge.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards:    (a) On or about 4/272017 - at 131 Bayard Place, Lot #16 Westhaven Estates, Madison, AL, the employer did not train each employee to recognize fall hazards and how to minimize these hazards when working at approximately 19.5 feet above ground level.
