29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toe-boards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. Worksite: The employer did not ensure that the employee who was working on the steep pitched roof at a height above 6 feet was protected from falling by the use of guardrail system, safety net system, or a personal fall arrest system. RP Remodeling, LLC was previously cited for a violation of an equivalent Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1061564, Citation Number 1, Item Number 3c, issued on 09/16/2015 with respect to a workplace located at 575 Carroll Avenue, Bridgeport, CT and became a final order on 10/15/2015.
