29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system.      1) Jobsite: The employer did not require employees installing modified-bitumen on a roof were not required to use fall protection thus being exposed to falls of approx. 24 feet.    Condition noted on or about 1 MAY 2017.

29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with at least one handrail and one stairrail system along each unprotected side or edge:      1) Jobsite: Employees using a stairway  to access upper levels to conduct construction activities were exposed to fall hazards, in that, the unprotected side of the stairway was not equipped with a guard rail system.
