Employees were exposed to falling approximately 15 feet from the unprotected sides.    c)  Block Machine, on or about 5/5/17:  Employees who perform daily cleaning activities while standing on an open sided platform above the hopper are exposed to falling approximately 8 feet 4 inches down into the hopper.
