29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: (a) Jobsite, 306 Keystone Drive, New Kensington, PA 15068: On or before May 8, 2017, employees were not trained on fall hazards or the proper techniques used to prevent falls from a 12/12 pitched roof with a ground to eave height of approximately 11 feet.
