29 CFR 1910.213(d)(1): Circular handfed crosscut table saw(s) were not guarded by an automatically adjusting hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and above the material being cut: a. Trim area, employees were exposed to a struck by hazard, in that, a Powermatic 10 inch table saw used for cutting wood was operated without a guard exposing employees to the rotating blade protruding above the table, on or about 05/05/2017.
