(i) Except as provided elsewhere in this section, the employer must ensure that each employee on a walking-working surface with an unprotected side or edge that is 4 feet (1.2 m) or more above a lower level is protected from falling by one or more of the following: a) Loading Bay 1 truck rack: On or about May 9, 2017 and time prior to the employer exposed employee(s) to fall hazards of over 10 feet high by not ensuring there was standard railing with a height of 42 inches at the swing down platform on the loading rack.
