OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to struck by hazards:    a) Worksite was located at 201 Angelo Cifelli Drive, Harrison, NJ 07029    Employees were exposed to struck by hazards as Caterpillar Skid Steer Model 262 was being operated in close proximity to pedestrian workers on foot with a back up alarm that was not audible above ambient noise.    Violation occurred on or about May 8th, 2017.
