29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(i): Each employee on a boatswains' chair, catenary scaffold, float scaffold, needle beam scaffold, or ladder jack scaffold was not protected by a personal fall arrest system: a. Lakeview at Ivery Creek Subdivision, 2380 Matlin Way, Lot #17A, Buford, GA (Jobsite) - Employees were exposed to fall hazard. Employees were installing hardi-plank siding to the rear exterior of the newly constructed residential 2-story home while working on a ladder jack scaffold approximately 15 feet from ground level, without being tied off to an anchor point, 05/09/17.
