29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b):  a) Roof - An employee fitting a down spout was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately nine (9) feet without the protection of a guardrail system, safety net system, personal fall arrest system or an alternate fall protection measure, on or about May 8th, 2017.  Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
