29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): (1) All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces are kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition: a) Evert Dining Room (Kitchen Area): Boxes stored in the Brown walk-in freezer were placed in positions on the floors and shelves that limited the mobility of workers who access this freezer creating a tripping and struck-by hazard, as observed on or about May 9, 2017. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
