29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i): Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms before being released for use by employees other than erection/dismantling crews. Site: 187 Franklin Street New York, NY On or about 5/8/17 a) An employee working on a tubular welded frame scaffold was exposed to falling approximately 12 feet. The scaffold did not have a guardrail in the area the employee was working. The employee was not using any other typeof fall protection.
