29 CFR 1910.134(e)(1): The employer did not provide a medical evaluation to determine the employee's ability to use a respirator, before the employee was fit tested or required to use the respirator in the workplace:    (a) On or about May 8, 2017, and at times prior, the employer did not provide a medical evaluation to determine the employee's ability to use a respirator, before the employee was required to use the respirator in the workplace. Employees in the paint booth area were exposed to respiratory hazards in that medical evaluations were not conducted prior to employees being required to use 3M model 7502 half-face respirators. Employees in the paint booth area were exposed to chemical inhalation hazards in that fit testing was not conducted prior to employees using 3M model 7502 half-face tight-fitting respirators. Employees in the paint booth area were exposed to chemical inhalation hazards in that 3M model 7502 half-face tight-fitting respirators were kept hanging from a hook on a wall, and not properly stored to protect them from dust, contamination, and damaging chemicals. 29 CFR 1910.242(b): Compressed air used for cleaning purposes was not reduced to less than 30 p.s.i.:     (a) On or about May 8, 2017, and at times prior, the employer did not ensure that compressed air used for cleaning purposes was reduced to less than 30 p.s.i.. Employees were exposed to air injection hazards in that:         1. A compressed air nozzle next to the Marvel band saw was observed with a tip that allowed an air pressure of 112 PSI.      2. A compressed air nozzle next to the horizontal lathe machine was observed with a tip that allowed an air pressure of 80 PSI.      3. A compressed air nozzle next to the high speed engine lathe was observed with a tip that allowed an air pressure of 83 PSI.
