The most recent occurrence of this was evident during the inspection of the facility located at 741 N. 114th St. Omaha, NE, where the employer has employees using chemicals that when exposed to the eyes without and adequate eye wash available may cause permanent damage.  Instances include but are not limited to:   i.   Employees using Drano Max Gel Clog Remover to clear up clogged drain  ii.  Employees changing out the Super San Food Service Sanitizer containers as part of the sanitizer system.  iii. Employees using First Mark Special Premium Oven & Grill Cleaner to clean the oven and grill.
