29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):     a- 653 Ocean Avenue, Sea Girt NJ: A company employee was exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 22 feet to the ground surface below, when performing flashing installation and other related activities from a pitched roof without the use of fall protection.  Condition noted on or about 05/04/17.    Eastern Fiberglass was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 994218, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/24/14, with respect to a workplace located at 1301 Ocean Avenue, Belmar, NJ.    NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
