29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: On or about May 9, 2017, the employer did not ensure employees installing roofing materials on a commercial structure were in use of fall protection, exposing employees to a fall greater than 6 feet to the ground below.
