29 CFR 1926.501(c)(3): The employer did not barricade the area to which objects could fall, did not prohibit employees from entering the barricaded area, and did not keep objects that could fall far enough away from the edge. Construction site: On or about May 10, 2017, employer did not barricade the loading/unloading area being used to hoist rolls of roofing paper up approximately 20-feet onto the roof. This condition exposed employee to struck-by hazards from above.
