29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(iv): Employees did not always stand firmly on the floor of the basket, sit and/or climbed on the edge of the basket or used planks, ladders, or other devices for a work position: a) Howard St alley, Springfield, MA: On or about May 10, 2107, an employee was observed standing /working with his body half in and half out of the basket (on leg in the basket, one leg on the building he was working on), which is not consistent with the regulation that an employee always stand firmly on the floor of the basket.
