29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: A) Roof of building, on or about May 11, 2017, employees were installing roofing materials and the employer did not ensure fall protection equipment was worn, exposing the employees to a fall hazard of 14 1/2 feet. G.H.L. Roofing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1026. 501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1192093, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on February 6, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 1515 Bento Blvd., Building 1500, Savannah, GA.
