29 CFR 1910.29(a)(2): The employer did not provide and install a fall protection system this subpart requires, and comply with the other requirements in this subpart before any employee begins work that necessitates fall:  On or about 5/10/2017, at the above addressed jobsite, employees were exposed to a fall hazard while applying a roof cleaning chemical on a one -story residential roof without having any fall protection system in place.

29 CFR 1910.30(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards:  On or about 5/10/2017, at the above addressed jobsite, the employer did not provide training to the employees that were exposed to a fall hazard while applying a roof cleaning chemical on a one-story residential roof without having any fall protection system in place.   PLEASE NOTE: CERTIFICATION OF ABATEMENT IS REQUIRED FOR THIS VIOLATION.

29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met [Construction Reference: 1926.59(a)]:  On or about 5/10/2017, at the above addressed jobsite, the employer did not develop or implement a written hazard communication program to address hazards related to substances that contain chemicals such as sodium hypchlorite while employees were applying a roof cleaning chemical onto the roof.   PLEASE NOTE: CERTIFICATION OF ABATEMENT IS REQUIRED FOR THIS VIOLATION.
