29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toe-boards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  a) On or about 05/11/2017 - 4402 Duskin Court, Owens Cross Roads, AL, employees installing asphalt shingles at approximately 10 feet above the ground on a steeped-sloped (7:12) roofing system were unprotected from falls.  Mighty Rock Roofing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1187039, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/15/2016, with respect to a workplace located at 7340 Vidette Lane, Lot #19, Owens Cross Roads, AL.  Mighty Rock Roofing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1061116 citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 06/12/2015, with respect to a workplace located at 2936 Pasture View Lane, Owens Cross Roads, AL.
