29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(4): Ladder(s) were used for purposes other than the purpose for which they were designed: On or about 5/10/2017 at GA 400 and Dawson Forest Road Dawsonville, GA, an employee was observed exposed to potential falls of 6-feet to the lower level while utilizing a 6-foot portable step ladder in a closed fashion to hand coping materials to the worker on the parapet wall. Additionally, the employee installing the coping used the closed ladder to access the top of the parapet wall.
