29 CFR 1910.28(b)(11)(ii): Each flight of stairs having at least 3 treads and at least 4 risers was not equipped with stair rail systems and handrails as follows: a) Scheduler Office, on or about May 5, 2017 the wooden stairs giving access to the office did not have hand rails on the left side going up, exposing employees to a fall of approximately 4 feet. b) Scheduler Office, on or about May 5, 2017 the wooden stairs that goes up to the office did not have a mid-rail on the left and right side as part of the stair-rail system, exposing employees to a fall of approximately 8 feet.
