29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds was not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports as specified in paragraphs 1926.451(b)(1)(i)-(ii):    66-72  Two  Bridges Road, Fairfield,  NJ          a) Where employees were performing masonry stucco from a tubular welded scaffold, the scaffold was not fully planked or decked.  Five planks would fit onto the bearings, however the platforms employees worked from only had 2 planks or 3 planks, exposing workers to fall hazards of up to 22 feet to the ground below.     Violation occurred on or about 5-11-17

29 CFR 1926.451(f)(3): Scaffolds and scaffold components were not inspected for visible defects by a competent person before each work shift, and after any occurrence which could affect a scaffold's structural integrity:  66-72  Two Bridges Road, Fairfield,  NJ          a)  The employer did not inspect a tubular welded frame scaffold used by workers to apply masonry stucco.  The employees were exposed to scaffold hazards including not tying into building, incomplete planking, no fall protection, and no safe access.  During work operations employees were exposed to fall hazards of up to 27 feet to the ground below.    Violation occurred on or about 5-11-17
