29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1)(ii): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with a stairrail system along each unprotected side or edge: 66-72 Bridges Road, Fairfield, NJ a) Where workers were performing drywall installation in Building C, they used interior lumber stairways and were exposed to 5 risers which were approximately 39 inches in height in Building C. Violation occurred May 11, 2017
