Witco, Inc. at 3128 Eagle Blvd. Brighton, CO: On or before 5/12/2017, the employer did not ensure that employees framing a three-story stick-frame apartment building were protected from falling.  Employees were not using fall protection when framing gables and when framing on the third floor deck.  This condition exposed employees to fall hazards of up to 20 feet.
