29 CFR 1910.37(b)(5): Each doorway or passage along an exit access that could be mistaken for an exit was not marked "Not an Exit" or similar designation, or be identified by a sign indicating its actual use: a) 75 Pleasant View Drive - The employer did not ensure that the door leading to the interior of the Lubrication oil room was not marked as "Not an Exit", thereby exposing employees to improper egress routes on or before May 5, 2017. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
