29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): 29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift. 6100 Hwy 90 W, New Iberia, LA: On or about March 15, 2017, employees were working from the basket of an aerial lift without fall protection. The employees were attaching sign letters to the front of the building in preparation for sign installation.
