29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i): Guardrail systems were not installed along open sides and ends of platforms: West side of DCGS Operation Facility, tubular welded frame scaffold: The 20 inch wide outrigger platform used for the brick laying operation did not have a guardrail system installed at the south end of the platform. Employees were exposed to fall hazards from 18 feet above ground level.
