29 CFR 1926.62(d)(1)(i): Each employer who has a workplace or operation covered by this standard shall initially determine if any employee may be exposed to lead at or above the action level. JAS Construction, LLC project site located at 607 3rd St. Wausau, WI: On or about May 12, 2017, employees renovating an approximately 100 year old commercial building were potentially exposed to toxic substances when an environmental assessment had not been conducted and potential hazards and protective measures were not communicated to employees.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): "Roofing work on Low-slope roofs." Except as otherwise provided in paragraph (b) of this section, each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system. JAS Construction, LLC project site located at 607 3rd St. Wausau, WI: On and about May 12, 2017, employees were exposed to falls while reroofing a 2 story commercial building when perimeter warning lines had not been set up and personal fall arrest systems were not used.
