Employees exposed to falls of eight feet.      b) On or about 5/9/2017, At the jobsite:  Employees were accessing and egressing a fabricated frame scaffold located in stairwell B.  The employees were climbing the sides and cross bracing.  Employees exposed to falls of 42 feet.     Abatement certification is required for this item.
