29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employees provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) 9980 Trainstation Circle: On or about May 16, 2017, and at times prior, workers without personal fall protection were exposed to fall hazards when one worker was on the third floor deck at the immediate edge of a 22 foot fall to ground level and three workers were walking top plate and/or the tops of open web wood joists. Abatement Note: Abatement certification and documentation are required for this item (see enclosed Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet).
