29 CFR 1910.135(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee wore a protective helmet when working in areas where there is a potential for injury to the head from falling objects: VAS Production Area- On or about May 15, 2017 employees were exposed to struck by hazards when empty boxes fell from an overhead conveyor while employees worked underneath and no head protection was provided. Abatement certification is required for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c).
