29 CFR 1910.141(a)(4)(i): Receptacle(s) used for putrescible solid or liquid waste or refuse were not constructed to prevent leaks: Location - Dispensary room On or about May 15, 2017, employees were exposed to unsanitary conditions from uncovered five-gallon buckets under their workstations. The buckets are connected to a tube and drain that collects waste water.
