29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10):  Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system; or, on roofs 50 feet (15.25 m) or less in width, the use of a safety monitoring system alone:  a)  On or about May 6, 2017, for employees exposed to fall hazards up to approximately 16 feet while installing roofing materials without fall protection on a low sloped roof at or near 4500 Sharloh Place in Bismarck, North Dakota.  Note:  This company was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1173547, Citation  1, Item 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 04/07/17, with respect to a workplace located at  3113 Illinois Drive in Bismarck, North Dakota.  Note:  This company was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1168861, Citation  1, Item 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 04/07/17, with respect to a workplace located at 510 Aspen Avenue in Bismarck, North Dakota.
