29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. a) 28 Woolworth Ave., Longmeadow, MA: On or about May 17, 2017, two employees were roofing this residence, more than 17 feet above the ground below without any fall protection. Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d)(1). Keith G Roy Construction, Incorporated was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926 501 B (13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1067776, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 7/28/2015, with respect to a workplace located at 42 Ardsley Rd., Longmeadow, MA.
