29 CFR 1926.1101(k)(2)(ii)(A): Building and/or facility owners failed to notify prospective employers applying for or bidding for work whose employees can reasonably be expected to work in or adjacent to areas containing asbestos containing material or presumed asbestos containing material of the presence, location and quantity: Locker Bays, second floor corridor; On or about 4/10/17, the general contractor, managing the locker project for the building owner, did not provide the sub-contractor with a complete asbestos survey, indicating the presence of asbestos in areas near the work area and the potential for asbestos in additional untested areas.
