29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s): (a) Jobsite, 59 Bay Hill Drive, Latrobe, PA 15650: On or about May 10, 2017, during plastic landscape pot manufacturing activities on the number 16 pot drilling machine, located on the production floor, the employer did not ensure that adequate machine guarding was in place while employees were drilling holes in plastic planting pots.
