29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer shall ensure that each affected employee uses appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation.  On or about May 18, 2017, at 2216 Charleston Oak Cir Lawrenceville, GA 30043:  Employees performing framing work were exposed to struck-by hazards from nails, wood chips, and saw dust while operating nail guns and saws without using eye protection.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   On or about May 18, 2017, at 2216 Charleston Oak Cir Lawrenceville, GA 30043:  Employees performing framing work were exposed to fall hazards at approximately 21-feet while they worked above lower levels and at the unprotected edges of a house without using fall protection.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed:   On or about May 18, 2017, at 2216 Charleston Oak Cir Lawrenceville, GA 30043:  Employees performing roofing work were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 20'. When they used the ladder to access the roof without extending the ladder three feet above the surface.
