29 CFR 1910.176(a): Where mechanical handling equipment is used, sufficient safe clearances were not allowed for aisles, at loading docks, through doorways and wherever turns or passage must be made. Aisles and passageways were not kept clear and in good repair, without obstruction across or in aisles that could create a hazard: Receiving Area: On or about May 18, 2017, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to slip, trip, and fall hazards when operating manual pallet jacks in uneven floor surfaces created by a drain near the entrance of the dairy department.
