29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(12): Ladders used where the employee or the ladder could contact exposed energized electrical equipment did not have nonconductive side rails:  a) Jobsite - The employer did not ensure that ladders used within approximately twelve (12) feet of energized electrical equipment were constructed with nonconductive side rails. An employee was moving the ladder when it struck the energized power lines delivering an electrical shock to the employee.  Observed on or about 16 MAY 2017.
