29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point of operation guards were not designed and constructed as to prevent the operator from having any part of their body in the danger zone during the operating cycle: (a) Press room: On or about May 18, 2017 and at times prior, employees were exposed to caught in hazards when the DGM - 440 printing press micro roller guard did not meet minimum requirements for an opening to a known pinch point.
