29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: a) TPFR Sterator B; On or about May 18, 2017 and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to caught-in hazards in that employer failed to ensure employees utilized the hazardous energy control procedure when employees were engaged in servicing and maintenance activities, including but not limited to, unclogging sterate from hoses located inside the sterator.
