29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: (a) Construction Specialties of Colorado, Inc. at 1926 Newton St., Denver, CO 80204: On and before April 6, 2017, the exposing employer did not ensure that each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was protected by a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. An employee was engaged in framing activities on the second story balcony and was not using fall protection. This condition exposed this employee to a fall hazard of approximately 20 feet.
